Developing countries must have compensations
Western countries pledged to assist developing nations to switch to clean energy.
Developing countries demand compensation from Western countries, which are responsible for past CO2 emissions accumulated in the atmosphere. It is a fact that Western countries have developed based on fossil fuels since the Industrial Revolution.
Developing countries must be compensated by Western countries for not burning their coal reserves and for buying costly clean power plants instead.
COP21 promised compensation funds. It will challenge Western countries to repeat year by year the pledge of money and green technology transfers.
