Buyers must choose green products

In Short

Buyers must search for green products to replace products fabricated with coal electricity or running on gasoline.

A Few Details

Prices of green products are going down, but they are still expensive. Even with proper financing (i.e., leasing, loans), the upfront cost of renewable energy and green products can’t compete with hydrocarbon products and their century-old infrastructure.

Regardless of the price, buyers should choose electric vehicles instead of cars running gasoline, and always purchase the greenest products such as wood over cement or green components instead of steel. Buyers must act on their own, without claiming punishment for the others, for corporations or for the rich. Even the low-income middle class should buy all-electric tech as it becomes competitive, and not stick to their old gasoline habits by dismissing climate change as a preoccupation of rich people.
