Voters must select seriously green representatives
Voters should select representative with pertinent action plan for energy transition. Their bill projects should at least favor green projects more than carbon punishments, such as:
-Building permits for green or clean ventures can be blocked by the NIMBY mentality. Too many regulations allow lawsuits blocking building permits for nuclear Generation IV testing plants or for mining of metals for batteries;
-Legislation to allow reselling electricity from solar panels to the grid;
-Subsidies for funding green-tech instead of football stadium;
-Uncap scientific majors and redirect less scientific students to alternate second-tier college campuses.
Altogether, we need less legal barriers and more fiscal incentives for going green.
